A mobile website for European coach travellers
The Eurolines coach network connects over 500 destinations across Europe. They required a mobile web presence, to sit along side their full site while pulling from the same content base. The mobile site focused on serving the key information that would be needed on the go, such as contact details, and general destination information.
As this is a mobile only site (via device detection), this allowed me to review how the interactions would work on touch screens. What required the most consideration was how to easily filter through the 51 countries. A visual scroller was put in place which gained momentum when swiping through the countries, sorted alphabetically, making it quick to find the desired destination.
